3 Night Mindful Yoga Retreat


Tilton House is a very special space offering all you need to unwind, rest, nourish and reset. I am so looking forward to returning to this beautiful spot.

The retreat will offer time and space to meet ourselves with a mindful, compassionate presence through both yoga and meditation. Morning practices will be slow and flowing, while afternoon practices will be restful and therapeutic. Each evening there will be the opportunity to soak up a guided relaxation or yoga nidra to help you sleep deep. All yoga sessions take place in the beautiful yurt within the grounds.

Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park there will plenty of space for either rest and reflection on site at Tilton House or for fresh air and nature in the countryside that surrounds.

The weekend begins from 5pm on Thursday and closes at 3pm on Sunday, and includes: 

  • Morning mindful flowing yoga

  • Afternoon restful, therapeutic yoga

  • Evening guided relaxation / yoga nidra

  • Delicious vegetarian catering full board (starting with dinner on Thursday and closing with lunch on Sunday)

  • Fruit and teas when you need them. 

  • Accommodation

Prices

£525 per person based on sharing a twin room (please note that rooms aren’t en-suite, but share with other guests).

£675 for a limited number of sole occupancy rooms either in the house or in lovely cabins within the grounds (again please note that these aren’t en-suite)
