Since then, yoga became an important part of my weekly, and now daily routine to feel calmer, stronger, more grounded and steady through busy London life. Since my initial teacher training in 2008 I have loved sharing these practices; enabling others to also live with greater balance and ease.
I feel passionately about equipping people with simple, yet practical tools to incorporate into their daily lives. Combining movement, breath-work, mindful-awareness and self-compassion. I aim to help clients understand the interplay between their physical, mental and emotional well-being, and offer practices to find balance amidst the busyness.
In recent years, I have been delighted to be involved in a range of teacher training programmes to support others in sharing these tools. As an Associate Tutor for MindfulnessUK, I delivered their Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion (IMC) teacher training programme as well as a range of modules for the Yoga On The Lane 200 hour teacher training. I have also enjoyed supporting Yoga Therapists in training as a Case Study Supervisor on the Yoga Campus Yoga Therapy Diploma.
Most importantly I continue to use these practices in my own life and am forever grateful for them, my own teachers, and the lovely people I get to meet along the way.
