Mentoring & Supervision

As teachers we regularly hold space for others.

It is equally important that we have space held for ourselves.

“If we are to bring light and wisdom and compassion into this world, we must first begin with ourselves.”

Jack Kornfield, A Path With Heart

Teaching has its ups and downs. Much can arise along the journey, both in ourselves and in our students. Mentoring and supervision provide a supportive space to share, explore, and feel held along the way.

Supervision - Yoga Therapists and Mindfulness Teachers

Working in therapeutic contexts can be complex, and supervision is strongly advised. Sessions offer space to reflect on client work, explore challenges, and develop skills and competencies.

Mentoring - Yoga Teachers

Yoga teaching can be deeply rewarding but often isolating. Whether you’re new or experienced, mentoring with a more experienced teacher can support both your teaching and personal wellbeing. Sessions focus on challenges, professional development, and personal practice.

Seeking Support?

Sessions are held live online via Zoom, with in-person options available depending on location and availability.
