About this workshop

In this masterclass hosted by career change platform, Oh Yeah and led by Yoga Therapist Anna Taylor, you will be offered a range of practical tips to build self-compassion into daily life, helping you to: 

  • See and celebrate your achievements.

  • Feel more resourced and resilient in new landscapes.  

  • Steady and soothe yourself through the difficult times.

You will learn how shifting your internal narrative from ‘inner-critic’ to ‘compassionate companion’ enables us to feel more supported, productive and motivated. 

We will explore the difference between ‘tender’ and ‘fierce’ self-compassion and when we might apply them. 

You'll discover that rather than being ‘soft’ of ‘fluffy’ self-compassion is a courageous force that supports us in feeling: 

  • Happier (experience less stress, anxiety or depression) 

  • Healthier (lowered stress levels supports greater physical and mental wellbeing)  

  • More productive, creative and resilient (feeling able to explore and learn from mistakes rather than defined by them). 

  • More connected (experiencing less shame and isolation when experiencing difficulties)  

Like any life-skill it takes practice, and this 2-hour masterclass will equip you with simple, practical ways of building it into the fabric of your days.
