One-to-one yoga

Private yoga sessions are a useful way to receive individual tuition.  You might be new to yoga and keen to learn the foundations before attending a group class; or a more experienced practitioner wishing to explore specific elements of the practice in more detail; or simply have a busy schedule that prevents you from attending group classes. 

 Whatever your circumstances one-to-one sessions can enable you to practice at a time, space and pace that is convenient for you.

Yoga Therapy

​Yoga Therapy offers a holistic approach, recognising that our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing are all interlinked. Yoga Therapy sessions draw on a range of therapeutic yoga practices: from breath-work, mindfulness, meditation, asana (yoga postures) and relaxation techniques.

The initial session consists of a detailed consultation to gain an understanding of your health status and wellbeing goals. ​Together we explore yoga practices that can move you towards greater wellbeing. Clients are given a personal-practice, tailored to support their individual wellbeing needs, to practice at home in between sessions. 

​No experience of yoga is necessary. Valuable tools and support can often be gained from a one-off session, however clients often report greater benefits when working together over a series of sessions.

Mindfulness 

& Self-compassion

Private mindfulness & self-compassion sessions offer the opportunity to learn at your own pace.

Some clients wish to gain a short introduction to mindfulness or self-compassion, while others wish to take the full 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme on a one-to-one basis.

Sessions are tailored around your availability and needs.

Prices and payment

 

 Online Sessions

  • Initial 1.5 hour (including consultation) - £90 

  • Follow up 1 hour sessions - £70 

In your own home

Please note that fees for home visits depend on location and travel time however they start from

  • Initial 1.5 hour session (including consultation) - £110 

  • Follow up 1 hour sessions - £90

Please note that: 

  • payment is made via Bank Transfer with details given on booking. 

  • I have a 24 cancellation fee for all private sessions.
