Yoga holds many benefits for staff welfare. Regular practice not only boosts the immune system and promotes good health, but when practiced regularly it can improve concentration, alertness, energy and productivity levels. 


Stretching postures are ideal for relieving the muscular tension and pain caused by poor posture, sedentary working positions or repetitive actions. Correct and deep breathing aid relaxation, whilst increased mind/body awareness enables staff to recognise the early signs of stress and reduce its impact.


Classes can be held at a time that suits your staff whether it be before or after work or during a lunch break. 

All you need to provide is: 


  • A room with sufficient space

  • Yoga mats

  • Some willing staff!
