As a busy working mum I really rely on Anna's yoga class to get me through the week! It's a lovely 90 minutes of calm and relaxation and I'm enjoying yoga more than ever. Anna is welcoming and supportive to new members and beginners whilst providing more experienced members with a challenging and interesting class. A great asset to the community!

I started yoga with Anna after my osteopath recommended it. I had a back problem related to a lack of flexibility in my hamstrings and lower back. After a few months my flexibility and strength improved, my back was completely OK and I no longer have any treatment. I carry on going as it’s fun and prevents the problem recurring. I can even touch my toes for the first time since I was a child!
